Dane Leavy

Movement is a lifelong practice.

I help people make sense of their body, move beyond recurring limitations, and develop the physical tools for a capable life.

My approach

Make the complex useful.

The body is complex. Your plan does not need to feel confusing.

I created The Mastery of Movement to bridge the space between clinical rehabilitation, conventional fitness, and the deeper process of physical development. My work blends assessment, education, and training so that each client understands not only what to do, but why it matters.

The goal is not dependency on a coach. It is ownership: more options, more confidence, and the ability to keep adapting over time.

Principles

What guides the work.

  • Meet the person, not just the symptom
  • Build foundations before adding complexity
  • Strength should expand freedom, not narrow it
  • Teach principles people can use for life
  • Progress is specific, individual, and rarely linear

Credentials & continued study

Built on practice, education, and experience.

Credentials create context. The real work is applying knowledge thoughtfully to the person in front of me.
